How do I secure my booking?

Send a request (or DM @hairdone_bylayy), then pay the $20 non-refundable deposit to lock in your chair.

How can I pay?

Cash is preferred. PayID is also accepted.

What if I'm running late?

A $5 late fee applies if you're more than 20 minutes late without notice.

Can I cancel?

Please cancel the day prior if possible. The deposit is non-refundable.

Do you do custom styles?

Yes — DM for custom styles and a quote. Medium parts are $10 off and large parts $15 off the listed price.
